What is your return policy?

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with your product purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase from the Swiss Knife Shop. Most items can be easily exchanged or returned, provided they are not engraved, and are returned in a re-sala

How do I make a return?

1. For all returns and exchanges, please contact Swiss Knife Shop by phone or email before sending your package. 2. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete instructions. 3. Follow the return or exchange instruct

I earned Knife Points Rewards for my order, but now I need to return it. What will happen to the points?

You won’t receive points if you return your purchase, or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

Where is my return label?

If there was a problem with an item in your order and we have submitted your request for a return label, please allow 1-3 business days for the request to be processed. The return label will be sent to your email address and can be printed from there
