If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP with your name and order number. If it is during business hours (M - F, 9 am - 5 pm), we recommend calling us at 866-438-7947 to catch us as quickly as possible.

After business hours, please text or email the details to us.

If your order is NOT engraved and has been shipped, please let us know you'd like to cancel it, and please simply refuse the unopened package when it arrives. We will refund your payment method when we receive it back here.

Unfortunately, if you ordered engraving and we have already engraved it, we will not be able to cancel it.
