Which replacement parts fit my Swiss Army Knife?Updated 10 months ago
The first step in choosing replacement parts for your Swiss Army Knife is to determine the size and brand of your knife.
1. Measure the length of your Swiss Army Knife with all of the tools safely closed.
It is the length of the handles that will determine which replacement parts will fit on your knife - from replacement handle scales to toothpicks and tweezers and everything in between.
2. Determine the brand of your Swiss Army Knife by looking at the logo.
If you have a Swiss Army Knife made prior to 2014, it could be either a Victorinox brand or a Wenger brand knife. If you are looking to replace the toothpick, tweezers or other small parts, it's essential to know which brand you have in your hands.
The easiest way to determine brand is a look at the logo on the front handle of the knife. While both logos prominently feature the iconic Swiss cross, the Victorinox logo is shaped more like a shield (see photo above), while Wenger's is a square with rounded edges.
Unfortunately, if you do have a Wenger Swiss Army Knife, the replacement handles and parts are no longer made.
3. Choose the replacement parts you need.
Swiss Knife Shop does offer many replacement parts, from toothpicks and tweezers to scissor springs, batteries and straight pins. Each of the product pages for the replacement parts lists the size of the knife they are compatible with, or gives the correct part size for each knife size or model.
If you know the model name of your knife, you can also go to that knife's product page and view the compatible replacement parts (and pouches) under the "Accessories" tab.
4. Need repairs?
If your handles are broken, and you have a 3.5" or 2.28" Victorinox Swiss Army Knife, the Swiss Knife Shop Repair Center can help. Please visit our Repair Center page for details.
