PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed after 8:00 am, ET are generally processed the following business day. Orders for UN-ENGRAVED in stock items with standard free shipping generally ship within 1-3 business days. Orders for ENGRAVED, in-stock items with standard free shipping are engraved and shipped within 5 business days. Upgraded shipping always expedites both the order processing & handling by Swiss Knife Shop, and the carrier's time in transit.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $20 OR MORE

We offer free shipping via the US Postal Service on orders of $20 or more. Orders under $20 have a $4.50 flat rate shipping charge.

Please note that our free shipping is through the US mail, and the delivery date is not time-definite. The average delivery window for free shipping once your order has shipped is 3-7 days.

UPGRADED SHIPPING OPTIONS

If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please upgrade your shipping to 3 Day ($15.99), 2 Day ($24.99) or Next Business Day ($49.99) at checkout. Please note that these shipping times include business days only (Monday-Friday). For example, a package with 3 Day shipping that is shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx within the 48 continental states. If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO address, we will always use the US Postal Service to ship your order.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

If you need 1 or 2 day delivery on Saturday, please call us with specific Saturday instructions. An additional Saturday delivery charge may apply.
