Please follow the link in your order confirmation email, or log in to your account to view your order status.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays a package tracking number, click on that number to link directly to the shipper's package tracking status page. 

First Class delivery service averages about five business days from shipment date. In rare cases allow as much as 2-3 weeks for delivery of First Class mail.

PLEASE NOTE: If your package shows a status of "delivered" please check to see if the package might have been delivered to someone else in your household or a neighbor before contacting Swiss Knife Shop.

Orders shipped via our Standard Shipping are often shipped via US Postal Service First Class mail, and may be delivered to your mailbox or wherever your mail is delivered. 

If your package marked as "delivered" is missing, please let us know and we will investigate this with the courier (USPS, FedEx or UPS).
