I ordered 1 color of knife, but my engraving preview shows another.Updated 7 months ago

Due to technical limitations, some knives only have an engraving preview available in one color. This preview gives you an idea of the font, size and location of the engraving, despite the color being different from the one you requested.

Please note that in your shopping cart and order confirmation, the name of the color you ordered will be listed.

In other words, even though your preview may show the Red Tinker Swiss Army Knife, for example, the cart and order confirmation will list the color as Sapphire Blue, if that's the option you chose.

You will receive the knife in the color listed in the cart and order confirmation, NOT the color in the image preview (if they are different.)
