Orders placed after 8:30 am, ET are generally processed the following business day.
Orders for engraved, in-stock items with standard free shipping are engraved and shipped within 5 business days and shipped out via the US Postal Service. The Postal Service has an average delivery window of 3-7 days from the date the package leaves our warehouse.
Orders for engraved, in-stock items with 1, 2 or 3-day upgraded shipping are generally engraved and shipped the same day the order is processed.
HOLIDAY ENGRAVING TIMELINES
During peak holiday seasons, such as May and June (for graduations, weddings and Father's Day), and November and December (for Christmas and Hanukkah), engraving may take longer than average. During these times, please review our shipping page for any holiday-related engraving and shipping deadlines to ensure on-time holiday delivery.
