The welcome offer of 1 free engraving on your first order (value = $6.95) is not automatically applied to your order, it requires a coupon code.

HOW TO FIND YOUR FREE ENGRAVING COUPON CODE

Once you have subscribed to our Insider Email List for the 1st time, you will be sent a confirmation email. 

Once you click on the link in that email to confirm your subscription, you will get a second email with your unique coupon code for free engraving. (Only one offer per customer. If you have subscribed in the past, you are not eligible for this offer.)

Please use the coupon code from that second email when you check out. (The coupon code field is to the right on the checkout page.)

If you do not see your confirmation email or your coupon email, please check your SPAM folder.

This offer can not be combined with other offers or discounts such as other coupons or rewards points redemptions.

IF YOU ALREADY PLACED YOUR ORDER WITHOUT YOUR COUPON CODE

If you have just subscribed to our email list and placed your order without using your code, please contact us with your coupon code, and we will be happy to apply that to the order and refund that engraving charge.
